We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. Should you change your mind about your unused leather good within two weeks of the date of delivery, contact us and we will help arrange your return to our New York studio.
We recommend sending your returns with a traceable carrier, retaining proof of postage from your shipper, as we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
Once we have received your unused returns we will refund you in full to the card used in your purchase, excluding any shipping costs (please allow up to 28 days for processing).
In the unlikely event your product arrives to you damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of any leather goods that have been personalized (monogram embossing) or any bespoke / custom-made items.
